Partnership strategy and licensing

Lytix is exploiting its proprietary technology by creating a pipeline of small molecule compounds in its chosen application areas. Depending on the application and potential, these compounds will either be out-licensed at an early preclinical stage or taken through to full development and commercialisation in collaboration with carefully selected partners.

Lytix is interested in evaluating in-licensing opportunities that have a clear strategic fit with our portfolio.
We also actively consider M&A opportunities as a means of accelerating growth.
